It is a huge debate in college football and basketball. What are everyone's thoughts for USLIA lax?
my choices

Top 2 are easy in my eyes but after that, it drops. I am also looking at conferences as a whole. Like CCLA has strong top 3 teams, but then I think the talent drops:
1. WCLL
2. RMLC
3. SELC
4. CCLA
T-5. LSA
T-5. GRLC
7. Pioneer
8. UMLL
9. PNCLL
1. WCLL
2. RMLC
3. SELC
4. CCLA
T-5. LSA
T-5. GRLC
7. Pioneer
8. UMLL
9. PNCLL

It would appear that you need to re-think your order. If recent history tells us anything, the order should be:
1 WCLL (deeper conference than RMLC in numbers)
2 RMLC
3. CCLA (with Oakland & Miami OH on the rise joining Michigan)
4. SELC (number of improving programs, FSU, GT, FL)

Agree for the most part. . . CCLA is on the rise with Oakland, Michigan, and Miami in the top 20. Also. . .Pitt, Michigan St. and Indiana looking strong. Definitely #3 on my list.

I don't see how anyone who has followed this league for the past few years could pick a stronger conference (top to bottom) than the WCLL.
1. WCLL
2. RMLC
3. SELC (call me biased, but I think the SELC edges CCLA by a nose)
4. CCLA
5. PNCLL
6. LSA
7. GRLC
8. PCLL
9. UMLL
I would be interested to see how the conferences stacked up based on poll numbers over the last few seasons.

The WCLL is stronger than the RMLC? Rocky Mountains have 3 of their 4 teams in the top 10 every year. 75% of the conference goes to the tournament every year. 50% of the conference has won a national championship. Don't tell me WCLL is better. And after UCSB graduates this years seniors, the WCLL will be even farther behind the the RMLC

The RMLC only has 5 teams in Div. A. That's why the % are so high. The WCLL always has 5 to 7 teams ranked in Top 25 along with 4 to 6 teams going to Nationals each year.

It has to be the RMLC, because not only is the Div A conference so strong, Look at the Div B polls as well and see which conference has its teams near the top, the RMLC

The Lax, you are way off base. The RMLC cannot possibly compare with the depth of the WCLL.
The WCLL would even have more teams going to the Nationals if it weren't for the AQs. There are frequently teams in the WCLL that don't make the tourney that are much better than some of the AQs that make it. This is not meant to be a criticism of the AQs, because they do serve a purpose, but the fact remains that there are teams that make it to the tourney each year that are just not that competitive.

I don't think this was supposed to include the B division, besides there hasn't really been any OOC games for us to judge. As far as A division goes, you'd be hard pressed to find two more competetive conferences than the WCLL and RMLC.

take away the AQs and who makes the tournament. What conference has the most national championships?
Only 2 teams hold these. 3 WCLL teams have titles and only one overall less than RMLC.
We live in a what have you done for me lately world and the defending champs are from the WCLL.
Also, you can bend stats anyway you want to make your side look better. (Ex. Minnesota fans argue all the time with Iowa fans over who has the better football program since they have a bunch of NC titles from like the 30s and 40s. Yet Iowa people rebuttle with Iowa's record and bowl appearances over the last 20 years. Iowa State fans like to argue they have won 5 of the last 7 games but fail to mention Iowa has won 17 of the last 22). It's how you want to argue it in your favor.

Now who is #2 maybe WCLL, maybe CCLA
Making a statement like this shows that you are hugely unaware of history or facts and I know that I am probably wasting my time here, but. . . .
The question was who was the strongest conference, not who has won the most championships. So in evaluating the strongest conference you have to look at all of the teams. The RMLC only has 5 Div. A teams, whereas the WCLL has 18 Div. A teams. Of those 18 teams, 5 are in the Top 25 while 4 others also received votes. Just in sheer volume of numbers that would tell you that the WCLL is the stronger conference because they have more highly rated teams. In the last 3 years the WCLL sent 5 teams in 2004, 6 teams in 2003, & 7 teams in 2002 to the National tourney. RMLC usually sends 3 every year, sometimes 2. I could go on, but I think you get the point.
