As time has passed, several programs have moved from Div II to Div I. I recently noticed that as teams have gone to Div I, stats from individual players from prior years have been moved into the Div. 1 All-Time Stats category. Some of the teams which have moved for the 2013 season already have scoring leaders in the Div. 1 Top Ten, even though they haven't even played a game yet as part of a Div. I conference.
Does anybody else have an issue with this? It doesn't seem fair to prior players who have worked for 4 years at the Div I level to be displaced statically by a player who did not earn those stats as part of a Div I program. Thoughts?

Yeah, similar to how the NCAA keeps track of theirs, stats should be set to what division they were in at the time they occurred.
I'd suggest getting in touch with someone in a conference or league to get them to update the website to reflect that.
