what is the best way you and your teams pull new players out to play? Have you used a recruitment video that you created or have acquired?
I am looking to create a recruitment video to draw players that have possible never even seen the sport to come out and play. what are other methods used to recruit new players to a new sport that costs as much as it does?
If you have a video you use post a link

Here are two great examples that our program is using as inspiration for our own recruitment video. It definitely appeals to the viewers more on an emotional rather than informational level. Either way, great videos!

I also watched a couple of videos that were done for the University of Michigan (Winter Invitational & "Gameday" I think), both are also extremely good examples on how to showcase your program. Here is the link to one of them: http://www.umich.edu/~menslax/Gameday.htm
With the amount of technology today and the artistic talent that most programs possess, I am shocked that more teams do not have "promo" videos.
