Originally we were trying to do an All-WCLL team, but we decided to open it up to any of the top MCLA players!

Absolutely not. The Vail Shootout is not like other lax tourneys where you can just show up and booze and play for whoever you want. You have to be a member of US Lacrosse and on the team's roster before the tournament begins in order to play for a team. If you appear in a game for a team and you are not on their roster, that team will forfeit their game. That being said, Vail is still a fun place to booze and have fun, but it is not a rinky-dink summer league tourney where anything goes.

whats so bogus about it? its a simple question. thank you "on point" for answering my question without having to make a rude, pointless comment. good luck to CSU in nationals.

I am moving to Boulder in June, let me know if any teams need a goalie for the Vail shootout. I just have to see if I can get work off. Boulder is only a few hours away from Vail right?

you don't see anything wrong with teams picking up ringers at a competitive tournament?

Launert I dunno if getting time off from work will be the problem, its gonna be getting the time off from wifey that you should be worried about

If you have trouble with that, just ask one of the BYU guys how to handle it...many of them have experience dealing with that issue

i have never been to the vail tourney, i always have some other lacrosse or school obligation. ive played in alot of tournaments, competitive and pickup, and ive always seen guys play on more than 1 team as long as they paid both tourn fees for both teams and were on both of the rosters.

If anyone could tag along with me from LA, I would be interested in going.
