Mike Freeman at CBS Sportsline also admitted he wrongfully thought the Duke kids were guilty...

In the Duke case, there was stereotypical stereotyping as well. Many people, including myself -- and this is a hard admission to make -- quickly assumed the Duke kids were guilty.

Many of us, almost an entire country, played on stereotypes of white men as abusers of power, flaunting their wealth and credit cards and societal advantages, and stated: Yep, those bastards did it.

(Scroll down to "duke non-rape case")

John Stewart rips on Nacey Grace. Really hilarious and also great at showing her blatant disregard for presumed innocence and then later, the facts. I particularly enjoyed the murdering puppies line, which I believe is in reference to her saying "these boys should prove they are innocent."

Riss,

That was one of the best Jon Stewart bits ever. Thanks for posting the video!

My favorite part was her reaction to the dropped charges. I won't spoil it for those who've not seen it, but man that was hilarious.

This is good:

http://draykenobi.wordpress.com/2007/04/14/a-call-to-unleash-the-digg-effect-on-nancy-grace/

Basically a bunch of Digg.com users are planning to flood Nancy Grace with calls about her needing to apologize to the Duke players.

She will never apologize, But i do hope to be wrong, because that would be great TV to watch her retract her statement plus try to spin it in such a way that she always supported the Duke Lacrosse players

It is too bad that Newsweek (or is it NewsWEAK?) was unable to focus some of their high-power investigative journalists a year ago to write this story...it doesn't help much, now.
