Yes. Plus they will be posted to the main page as a news item.

Since we are still waiting for the official AA list, who do you think (from each conference) will make it?

Some of the Claremont players most likely to make the teams are:

Dylan Sheridan-Attack/Midfield One of the highest scorers in both divisions. Scored over 100 goals this season and over 300 in his collegiate career. The defensemen hate him.

Chatom Arkin-Attack. Very solid player. One of the top scorers in the league. Always in the right place at the right time.

Sam Mittermiller and Tim Thacher-Midfield. Hard hitting middies with a lot of fire power.

Emery Mitchem--LSM. Was out last year due to injury. Making up for the missed year in full force.

Jason Trapp-defense. Was First team AA last year, deserves it again this year. An attackman's nightmare.

Alex Price-Goalie. Behind Joe Williams of San Diego, he is the top goalie in the league in my book.

Top Freshmen players:
Matt Moone-Face Off. Not only great at getting the ball in the face off, also strong in the midfield.

Philip Trapp-midfield. Phenomenal freshman player. Expect great things from him in the coming years.

Ashton Clarke is also an exceptional defensive player. Don't know if he'll be AA this year, but wouldn't be surprised if he's picked for next year's teams.

Other top WCLL players:
Josh Agadoni-Biola
Andrew Grinberg-Occidental

Ben Tilton, Daniel Barber, Marshal Shultz, Devin Muna, Steve Merrell, Joe Williams, Kyle Botsch--San Diego.

Will the MDIA AA be added to Laxpower list after B division is announced?

I'm sure that LaxPower will... but you should ask them directly.

Just curious what Agadoni has done this year that makes this season stand out among the last couple seasons. I've seen the improvement throughout the seasons, but this last one didn't really seem to stand out a whole lot for myself, especially against his 2004 season.

He's definitely a great player, teammate, and roommate, so I'm not knocking the 2006 season, just curious.

BUMP, as a friendly reminder...

And, to answer your question. Although I didn't get a chance to see him play this year his stats indicate that he's a consistant scorer and important member of the offensive team. That, and the fact that he made first team WCLL along with two of the top attackmen in the country (IMO), were reason enough to include him. Biola has done an outstanding job this year.

I also meant to include Aaron Klett and Matt Williams in my list on Defense. I'm sure there are also some UC Irvine players I should've included but I was being rushed off the computer. My apologies to any whom I left off my list.

Can someone explain to me why the A division All-Americans are compiled and announced at the tournament yet the B division AAs are withheld until the second week in June (I hope). . .?

Jason, you should ask your MDIA representative.

Like dry land, the B Division All-America selections are a myth, so it would seem.
