I just read the September edition of IL this past weekend. I was able to pick up a copy of it from the great folks at Breakaway Lacrosse in Bellevue, WA.
The article is several pages long and touches on the potential of the MCLA's "big three" (BYU, UM and FSU) to step up to the DI level. It suggests that one team moving up would make it easier for the other two to do so, and it seems that funding is the main obstacle in making the step to DI. FSU's Bill Harkins is quoted, as is John Paul (UM) and Jason Lamb (BYU). The article also mentions big schools like Oregon and Florida as other schools lacrosse fans would be interested in seeing at the DI level. I think overall IL has presented the MCLA very positively.
There's a nice blurb about Harding in the magazine as well, and in the main article Montana and oregon are both in photos, I believe. I left the magazine back in Vancouver but was overall impressed with the amount of coverage the MCLA received.
