ICFLD announces free European men's coaching clinics for August 2007
July 17, 2007 -- The International Committee For Lacrosse Development is excited to be sending three American lacrosse coaches to Europe in August. The staff includes Lars Tiffany, head coach of NCAA Division I Brown University. Also traveling with Lars will be Bartolo Governanti, head coach of Division III Merrimack College, and John Pirie of the US Lacrosse Coaches Education Committee, who will assist with conducting the two free coach’s education clinics.
The first coach’s education clinic will be held August 22-23 in Prague, Czech Republic at LCC Radotin http://www.lcc-radotin.cz. The second coach’s education clinic will be conducted August 24-26 in Düsseldorf, Germany at Warsteiner Hockey Park http://www.warsteiner-hockeypark.de.
Both of these clinics will be FREE (however you must register for planning purposes) and are geared toward reaching out to anyone interested in beginning and/or continuing their lacrosse coaching education.
Please pass this information on to anyone who you think could benefit from or be interested in this outstanding educational opportunity. Feel free to post this information on your countries web site also. For more information please visit the ICFLD web page http://www.icfld.com. To register for either of these clinics please contact Ken Galluccio goochtoo@hotmail.com.
