USL-MDIA All America Selection Process

I hate to belabor the topic but I still haven't received an answer (either privately or publicly) to a question I posted a couple weeks ago so I thought I'd ask again.

How are USL-MDIA All America selections made? Who votes? When? Is it done by committee consensus? Is it done by ballot?

Any information from a reliable source (i.e. a MDIA board member) would be greatly appreciated. Of course, if the selection process is published somewhere, I'll be happy to read for myself. If that's the case, can someone point me in the right direction (e.g. a website)?

Given that I'm a former member of the MDIA board and my assistant coach is a member of our league's board of directors and neither of us know where to easily find this information is a shame. As a result, I've posted my question in a public forum in an effort to bring some transparency to the process.

6 players per team in the tournament...thats all I know.
