I am going to rock the boat here by saying I find it a bit complicated, inefficient, and a waste of time that this year I have to fill out three separate rosters online. I thought the goal was going to be that we have one distinct location to organize this data and imput stats and info
Rosters filled out will include:
MDIA Eligibilty
GRLC.org Roster
USLIA Roster
Stats filled Out will be:
GRLC.org
USLIA.com
Help me understand the logistics behind this? What was discussed at the National meeting. I am sorry, I think it is asking a bit much to do something twice. Where is the future of the USLIA.com going in conjunction with the MDIA? I know our conference spent good money on the redesign of our conference website. What is the vision here?

I know it's a pain John. But the MDIA eligibility web site is for private use, not public consumption. That site is seperate from this site (USLIA.com). (I obviously can't speak for the GRLC.org requirements.)
We thought about it long and hard, but there is really no way around this. Sorry to create the double amount of work for you.

I'm going through the same thing. It really is a pain and I wish there was an easy solution but I don't think there is so lets just do it and hopefully next year there can be an easy solution.
We can call the new solution the OBMDBTIUSLMDIA (One Big Massive Data Base That Is USLMDIA).
Sorry, bad joke.... I'm just irritated, oh well

The MDIA only requires you to enter data in one site at uslmdia.org. That's it.
The GRLC requires you to enter data in the conference site. That's a decision your conference makes on its own.
This site is a private site, and Sonny is asking for everyone's help in order to make it a good one. You are under no obligation to do so, but I'll be doing it, and I recommend everyone do it, because I think it will be a great benefit to the MDIA.
In the future we will explore the possibility of doing one data/game reporting site that can then filter information to the conference sites, thereby eliminating the need to enter anything on them. Perhaps an agreement can be reached at that time to share data with uslia.com as well. We'll see.

I've already issued info on 6 of the nine conferences. Still waiting for final instructions on the SELC, CCLA, and UMLL. I hope to make an annoucement about those three conferences on Thursday.
When we are ready for the SELC teams to input their info, you will see a new thread at the top of the SELC forum.
