another eligibility question

I could be wrong, but I believe that the rule only says that he must be working towards his graduate degree at the same institution that he received his undergraduate degree. Therefore, he would be eligibile.

They way I'm reading his question, he's asking if he'd be eligible at his grad school if he only took a couple of classes there as an undergrad, but got his degree elsewhere. If that's the case, then no - he would not be eligible.
