I contacted someone from my hometown to order some lacrosse apparel from the high school, and I got this person's response to give me directions on sending money to him to get the apparel.
I got an idea because I knew that most of the players in my hometown in New York would simply go to Eastern schools to play in DI, II, and III. However, my line of thinking was that if one or two did not have his dream realized would start thinking of schools that participate in USLIA would want to apply to those schools to simply play lacrosse. I was just planting a seed in this person's mind by giving him links to USLIA.com and to Lone Star Alliance.
I am pretty sure most of you do this way in promoting USLIA.com, and on my part, I know the hardest part is tracking to see if any of my emails would have gotten those coming to USLIA.com member schools to play lax.

Brent, the LSA has the least functional website in the league. Give him the WCLL or CCLA web address. Those are kept up to date better and provide a more accurate view of the MDIA as a whole.

USLIA-MDIA
I am a former DIII player and a current high school coach. I have grown to become a huge fan of the MDIA. I second the motion of promoting the websites. Currently I have many kids that want to play lacrosse in college, however, they say "The schools I want to go to don't have teams." I explain to them the level of organization of the MDIA and show them this website. They are elated to find out that they can play basically at any school they choose and it isn't just twelve guys showing up to toss around. Obviously I have those that want to go to the premier NCAA schools for lacrosse, but for those that choose schools for other reasons, the MDIA is a mystery. The word is slowly getting out there. We need to help it spread!
As an aside, I just ordered the VT vs. FSU SELC championship game. And you can bet I will be showing it just to show my kids the level at which many teams in the MDIA are at.
