Maybe a little biased, but in LSA country:
Pretty much any game involving a combination of Texas Tech, Texas A&M, and Texas.

its been slightly talked about, but oregon vs sfu has got to be one of the most heated rilvalries i've seen in a while. with the sfu dominance in our league for so long it was tough for the clan to accept defeat.
if i remember i believe oregon was the first team to beat them in canada and oregon as has dominated the last 3 or four years. should be intense this year as word out of the north is the clan are ready. i can't wait to watch this game.

In the PCLL there is a really good rivalry between Bridgewater State and Stonehill. They are the two smallest schools in the A division and are located 1 exit away from each other on Rt-24, hence the yearly 24 Cup matchup. It's usually a tight, physical game, regardless of how either team is doing otherwise in conference play.

Not that this has much in comparison to the great D1 rivals listed in this thread, but I know a big GRLC Div 2 rivalry is Dordt vs. Creighton. For more information, read the GRLC forum. It's like the Bills in all of those Superbowls

Purdue vs IU is one of the best rivalries in all of college sports. Lacrosse is no different. We don't have an Oaken Bucket to play for in the lacrosse game but both teams wake up to play each other. We usually know several players on the other team. IU has held quite an edge over which might be your argument against it, but its usually close with neither team usually blowing the other out. (atleast in recent spring season history)
