Seeking out Assistant Coaches

First off this is not a Job Posting. But if you are in the Fort Worth Area and looking to help coach at the collegiate level, please PM me.

What I would like to know is what methods do many of the smaller market schools use to find assistant coaches?

Here at Texas Christian University (TCU) using the University Announcements email, team website and also local lacrosse websites have been the only option.

Also talking with some Men's team has occurred, but there seems to be a lack of availability. The hardest part is to get someone to want to coach at the College level instead of taking a High School job that is located somewhat closer to their home.

Any thoughts on the matter would be great!
