Gorgeous sunny but cold day in the Northwest for this important PNCLL B Game. Both teams were ready so it appears they actually started a few minutes early.
Montana's Jake Bagley scores the first goal, answered almost immediately by PLU's frosh Attackman Nick Tkachuk. Bagley scores again on a dodge for the Grizzlies.
2-1 Montana early in the first quarter.

PLU on EMO loses the ball, but Montana fails to clear, the Lute's Tkachuk scores off an assist from Chris Olsen in unsettled.

PLU's Frosh Goalie drops the ball while trying to clear, and Montana Attackman Zander Ault takes advantage to put the Grizz ahead 3-2.
Ault scores again off a Montana fast-break for a 4-2 grizzlies lead, still in the first.

PLU on three-goal run! Olsen from Rose, Hushhagen unassisted, then an EMO goal by
Ryan Brown off an assist from Olsen. PLU takes a 5-4 lead, still in the first.
PLU has the ball, two flags down on Montana, PLU about to go two man-up.

Earlier report was in error -- it was only 7-5 for PLU, and now the Grizzlies have "finally shown up" as per Kyle, tied 7-7 in the second epriod.
