Posted: Sat Mar 11, 2006 2:40 pmToday's heavyweight bout between #1 Sonoma State and #2 Colorado State is less than an hour and a half away! The forecast for Rohnert Park today calls for thundershowers, but as i look out my window right now theres hardly a cloud in the sky... a perfect day for lax. ill be heading over to the field in about 20 minutes or so but i'll be calling in updates to CATLAXMAN, who will let you guys know whats goin down

It will be interesting to see if Sonoma can maintain this pace throughout the game. They seemed to tire towards the end of their games last week.

Posted: Sat Mar 11, 2006 4:46 pmCSU goes on one of their patented spurts as they get a goal from #19 Louis Janke to go ahead 6-5. Then right off of the faceoff, they bury another one, perhaps from one of their long poles, to take a 7-5 lead. Still not quite halftime yet.
