Keep us updated. This is somewhat surprising as SCU is playing their 3rd game in 3 days.

I think this is very surprising- I've seen both teams play and I didn't think this game would be anything close- I thought we would be seeing something similar to the UCSD Santa Clara game.

Is there something causing this? Penalties? Several injuries?

I'm sure someone will post updates if they have them (and they have appropriate access to the Internet) blockhar.

Please be patient.

Final Chapman - 13, Santa Clara - 9

Game was tied 2 times in the 4th at 8-8 and at 9-9.

Wow!

I find this score to be very suprising. I saw Chapmans games against Chico and Utah and they looked like a team that would roll right over Santa Clara. Is there more to this story? Penalties? Injuries?

I don't know exactly how much it exactly affected the game, but I understand that, by the time the game started, Santa Clara was pretty fired up due to some pre-game behavior exhibited by the Chapman team towards them. Rookies.

You are like the tabloids sometimes. Did Chapman stretch too loudly? I could see how that could be offensive. I may have missed something watching pre-game.

Anything's possible. Perhaps you were busy round house kicking someone into submission.

That is certainly possible!
