BYU 11, Utah 3 FINAL (Thurs, 4/17/08)

Postby BYULAX31 on Tue Apr 15, 2008 1:16 am

Thought I would get the thread rolling for the game on Thursday. I think this is the first time the game between the Utes and the Cougars is for the #1 seed in the conference tourney. Both teams are 2-0 in the conference. It's going to be a good one.

I made this trailer for the upcoming game (It's a little slanted towards the Cougs  )

No kidding. I need to do a highlight video of just him. I guess we kind of took him for granted until he left for Croatia.

He had some amazing goals last season.

2010 attack...Shumway - Manning - Ferrin.

I'd be ok with that.

With Tyler Monteath and Elliot Grow on midfield. Yeah, I'd be ok with that.

Lest we forget, the current guys aren't too shabby, either...(sorry, I couldn't resist). Strange, a comparative lack of Utah responses yet, too.

Are you referring to the attacks 10 points per game average? I guess that's not TOO bad

They all pale in comparison to me, Clint Felsted and whoever the 3rd guy was back when we played. And of course we all pale in comparison to any attack line that had Pete on it.

Actually 11.54, vs last year's 10.71, or best in the last several years 11.26 in 2004 (including some guy named Pete, I think...), but who's counting? Also wasn't limiting it to just the attack this year, either.

And thanks, cowbell, now I don't feel quite so lopsided.

Missed the goal scorer. E. Grow with the assist.
