Spell Checker

Postby Bluevelvet on Fri Feb 18, 2005 10:59 am

I noticed that the LaxPower forum, which has similar software, has a spell check function. The MDIA board could use this function.

I agree. I always end up copying and pasting my post into word, spellchecking it and then copying and pasting it back into the forum.

Good call fellas.

Once I get the new Database set up & working AOK, I will work on adding in some of the message board features.

Poor Webster won't be making any more money if no one uses a dictionary!!!!

I think that would be a great addition to the site.

(haha i had to come back and edit my own post about spell checking)

Spell check is up and running!!

Just click the button in the bottom right of the TEXT field to spell check your posts and reply. A spell check window will open in a new broswer.

Have fun!

I'm sure this is being a little picky here...................maybe the spell checker could be expanded and some of the commonly used acronyms and USILA pertinent material could be added.

IE: OOC and USILA pop up during the spell check

Just a thought.
