NCAA Rules Changes for 2007

Most of the changes have to do with the stick requirements; these phase in by 2009.

I'm glad they addressed both the head width and the use of slip knots. It has gotten to the point that the only good check is a lift. They all seem like needed changes.

I especially like that we can call the slipknot even if they do it before we ask for the stick.

I also like that they clarified offsides during substitutions. As mentioned, that's the way it was officiated anyway, at least most of the time.
