EVERYONE needs to follow these guidelines if they are asking about a specific game situation from this point forward.

Sonny, it would probably be helpful if you updated the links mentioned in the previous to include the 2006 rules. They still show the 2005 rules.

So if you were reffing your HS team, you should know why you called them for too many men, unless it was your partner that did it!

Can we see what the question was without reference to the teams involved?
