2006 NCAA Rules.

(1) After the final horn but before the officials approve the score and leave the field, a coach or player commits an act deemed to be flagrant misconduct or another ejection foul. Ruling?

(2) After the final horn, or with a few seconds left in the game and Team A leading by several goals and attempting to run the clock out, B1 deliberately and violently slashes A1. Ruling?

I have no idea but here is a guess..

1) Ref's write it up and send it to the assigning authority, individual not eligible for the next game.

2) If there is a few seconds left, call the slash and the offensive team goes on EMO. After the game - see #1

It needs to be reported... I'm not sure of the on sight requirements, but it was always my understanding that officials attempted to leave the field immediately to avoid dealing with these situations.

For instance... I score a game winning goal at the buzzer and start my preplanned goal dance (I personally like to warm my hands by the fire that is my stick). The other goalie doesn't like this, takes his helmet off, and starts beating me with it. I assume an official would actually throw a flag, attempt to break up the fight, put my fire out, and report the fight.
