I think the elimination of horns will dictate a faster pace of play across the board. While, I don't think specialization will go away I think substitutions will become more strategic and much quicker in an effort to gain an advantage.
Of course, rumors are flying that everyone is going to move to two way middies, which would dramatically impact the game and probably lower the impact of the no horn rule.

I see we're all in agreement!
At the beginning of the season the biggest impact will come from the new stick check with the ball in the back of the pocket. 1 minute NR and the stick is out of the game. I'm thinking we're going to have several a game with 12 checks going on. Teams don't seem to really check equipment like the refs do, and it's not that hard to do.
