This questions is more towards actually MCLA rules rather then on the field ref rules.
In order to be play-off Eligible, you have to play a certain number of OOC games in your year. If you're a Div B team and you play an OOC Div A team, does this still count towards the OOC required games or does it only count if playing other OOC Div B teams?

As I understand it only OOC games vs. D-2 teams count. Also, you have to make sure that they aren't a D-1 team playing down to D-2 ( ie San Jose St., UNLV, etc.) b/c that won't count either.

ok...so a Div 2 team plays us at OU as a Div 1 team...that does not count for their required OOC games? or even if they play those Div 2 teams that should be Div 1, that does not count either?

questions alex
Div. 2 needs to play two other out of conference games against two other Div. 2 teams to be eligible <---- Division 2 teams you play need to be true Div. 2 teams and not Div 1 playing down.... answer to your first question NO
Div. 1 I believe needs to play three games against 3 other Div. 1 teams to be eligible... those teams must be playing at Div. 1 level... answer to your second question NO

ok, so just to clarify...heres the situation. D-2 Team in another conference wants to play us in the LSA only if it counts for one of their OOC games to meet the requirement...this won't count as one of the required OOC games for them?
