NCAA Rules Suggestions

I'm working on my annual list of rules suggestions for the NCAA. Does anyone have anything in particular they'd like to see addressed for next year?

(I'll take NFHS suggestions as well, although I already have a long list.)

Does your NFHS list include burning the book? I hate that thing. It just causes me more fits than anything.
