New rules for 2007 - additions and deletions

Just wondering what NEW rules everyone would like to see adopted for the 2007 season or perhaps rules you would like to see deleted and removed??

For NCAA, I don't think we need any major rule changes, just continued cleaning up of unclear areas.

For NFHS, we need major cleaning up, plus a reduction in the number of "random" rules differences (as opposed to the ones that are there for a definite reason).

Goals during a flag down situation that are erased for ANY reason do not negate a technical foul that caused the flag down.
