I am a huge fan of the Torque. It has a tight pinch but not as tight as the E3 or Answer. I personally think its the best head on the market right now. I know that last point is up for debate among the lax community. We all have personal preferences. I digress... The torque has a very quick release and the pocket is designed to be more of a mid pocket because of the dip in the sidewalls.

I have a ton of sticks, but I use the torque. It is not the stiffest head for faceoffs and a mid or high pocket can work very well. Overall, there isn't a weakness that really stands out. A great all around head for a middie.

Personal preference. I don't want a stiff stick on faceoffs, so it works well for me, maybe not for you.
I prefer the Torque for shorties. You've just got to find the stick and pocket combo that works for you. There's not really a definate answer, everyone likes something different (whip/no whip for example). A stick, whether it be a swizzle or a torque, isn't going to make you a better player.

I play attack and mid, and the torque is by far the best head i've used. Super light, strong and has a quick release, I recommend putting traditional in it if you get one, but I play at ASU and it doesn't real rain here often.......

i love the torque a lot, but i have a older one and after a year of playing it became illegal. i have got it back to being semi-legal now, but i still worry. Awesome head though when i first got it.

Note to everyone that plays St. John's, possible illegal stick from Pinball.

I'm #1 in your programs and in your hearts (just to let you know who has the illegal torque).

Put a custom traditional rig in one tonight with a low pocket (for one of my players). The torque doesn't like low pockets is all I'm going to say.
