It didn't stop everyone from following Harrow, a stick that I would have only recommended to middle schoolers when it first came out.

There's no denying that Warrior would not be what they are today if it wasn't for Flip's original patent used on a head that was short lived, but innovative. I am not puting this product in the same category, but it would still be wise legal advice, would it not?

Odds are the new higher strength alloy will make it a much better product.

And true, the DB803 is what I recommend to my players, up to this point.

He said he would toss a few d-poles my way and I'll let you know how they hold up.

Flip designed Warriors first head, the Cobra, which contained several features that patent attorneys and Warrior have won many a lawsuit behind.

The DB803 is nice - but I think the best shaft is the Shamrock R705 - especially for dpoles. They get colder than most shafts (because of the Zinc alloy I think) but stands up to abuse MUCH better than anything else i've seen.
