We are in our preparations to host our annual Brew City Classic this coming fall. The tournament will be played in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on the weekend of October 21st and 22nd at Lincoln Park. We are contacting you into regards of interest in participating this fall. We are looking at a 12-16 team field with each team being guaranteed at least 3 games. There is a possibility that we may divide into 2 divisions (A & B) depending on the responses. We will have 2 refs at each field at all times, plus a trainer on the site at all times. Rules will be in line with USLIA. There will be a local sports vendor selling lacrosse equipment at discounted prices, plus possible others as well. We will also be holding a raffle with prizes for the winners. We are trying to get some media to our tournament as well. We are inviting teams from the GLLL, UMLL, GRLC, CCLA, and the NCLL. All spots on the tournament are first come first serve. Brackets will be placed according to teams that you do no regularly play in the spring season ex. GLLL team vs GRLC team, etc. (but you will still play teams that are in line with your competition level) We are exploring the idea of having a skills competition on Saturday night depending on the interest of participating teams. We are also working with area hotels to try and get discount prices for teams that need a hotel. Cost for the tournament will be $300 per team if your payment is received by September 15th, otherwise it will be at $350. Our goal is to turn this tournament into a mini festival and make it a larger experience then just coming to play a tournament over a weekend. If you have any interest please reply and we will set you up with further details and information. Thank you!
