Here are some general suggestions for posting in this Competition Forum:
1. Use an appropriate subject line! Posting a subject line that reads something like "Need games" is lazy & inefficient. Posting something like: State University (City, State) needs a home game on X date" or "XYZ College - Octoberfest Lacrosse Tournament on X date," is much more effective for all involved.
2. Clearly state your team's current conference and divisional affliations. With 195 teams in 9 conferences nationwide now, it is difficult to remember who's who.
3. If you are trying to hosting games or a tournament, make note of your facilities (grass or turf field, lighted or not, locker rooms/changing facilities, etc.), local accomodations (hotels, local restaurants, etc.), and/or potential costs involved (tournament and/or neutral site officiating fees).
4. List the proper (& active) team contacts with phone numbers & email addresses. (Don't let someone who never checks his e-mail be your team scheduler!)
5. If you are trying to make or complete an out of conference (OOC) road trip, you might want to post the details of other confirmed games on your schedule -- Example: We have confirmed game at Cal in Berkeley on Tuesday afternoon, but are looking for another contest in Northern California on Wednesday or Thursday evening, etc. (You get the idea.)
Just some friendly tips to help maximize your USLIA.com Competition Forum experience!

Might be extremely useful to start the posting with the month day and year that your event or trip is planned since we do not delete the old posts.
