Chicago, IL - The New York Titans lost a physical match on the road in Chicago against the Shamrox 12-8 today after playing the Rochester Knighthawks last night at home. The Titans lost to the Knighthawks 21-15 last night at Nassau Coliseum.
Titans Captain Casey Powell was the game'ss leading scorer with three goals and two assists. Titans goalie Matt Vinc had 30 saves for the game.
For Chicago, Bill McGlone scored two goals and had two assists. Chicago goalie Brendan Miller had 44 saves.
The Titans final home game of the season takes place next Saturday, March 31st at 12:30pm at Nassau Coliseum versus Edmonton. The Titans will host fan appreciation night where prizes and other special promotions will take place throughout the afternoon. Tickets are now on sale via Ticketmaster charge-by-phone, Ticketmaster.com, all Ticketmaster outlets, the Nassau Coliseum box office or by logging onto www.nytitans.com.
The Titans game on the 31st will be broadcast live on SportsNet NY at 12:30 PM

A friend of mine was at the game and said Casey Powell got nearly decapitated and was on the ground for a little bit, barely moving. But I think he ended up OK.
