Does anyone know what Mike Law's up to? Former DU grad, played with team USA, and was hoping to get traded to the Mammoth nll. This guy is an amazing middie.
Heard of him lately??

Law's rostered with the Denver MLL team, but I'm not certain he's going to play... They've got like 40 rostered. I think he played with the Cannons for a while, I'm not sure how Denver got him, through supplemental draft or trade. Looks like he's playin with benson erwin.. i want to see how that works out for the season.

Woah. I'm surprised he's still playing, especially at that level. The last I heard from him he was totally law school-oriented and seemed tired of all the commitment to lax.

Law is currently playing for the Mammoth and will be playing this summer with the Outlaws.
The NLL is good about keeping players in places they can play... or else they won't play. Michael Watson is in Cali because of his day job, Christian Cook stayed with the Bayhawks because of his job with the Secret Service, Brian Langtry is out here with the Mammoth and Outlaws because of his teaching job here. Players have the upper-hand (if talented enough) to choose where they want to play. Pro lacrosse doesn't pay enough for guys to ditch their everday jobs to go off somewhere else and play for $5,000 a summer.
