(CP) - Dallas Eliuk was once advised that, if he wanted to devote himself to lacrosse, he'd best get used to the lifestyle of a gypsy.
Many years later, the nomadic netminder remains, at age 40, one of the very best in the sport. He can be found each winter in Philadelphia playing for the Wings of the National Lacrosse League. He's helped them win four pro titles.
Most summers, if he's not rehabbing from an injury, he's stopping shots for the Coquitlam Adanacs in the summer amateur league back home in British Columbia. He's helped them win the Mann Cup.
