Rook's Making an Impact

The 2005 Entry Draft, which took place in Edmonton back in August, was touted as one of the most talent-rich drafts in the past several seasons. Inside Lacrosse writer Paul Tutka described it as, “The deepest, most talented crop of players in a long time”, and team’s General Managers and Head Coaches seem to agree. Over thirty rookies are on team’s active rosters and a handful of them are already making contributions. A couple notables so far are Wings forwards Sean Greenhalgh and Luke Wiles, Stealth forward Jeff Zywicki, Mammoth forward Dan Carey and Knighthawks forward Shawn Evans.
