I'm not sure if the MLL is going to expand for next year. The rumors I've heard make it sound more likely that a couple of the eastern conf teams might be moving in 2008. If that's the case, it would make sense to move one team to the western conf and balance out the conferences (5 teams in each). It does sound like Dallas is first in line to get a team out west, either through expansion or inheriting another team.

I don't think they use an LSM in the MLL...
I would try out, but i have never seen a 100mph shot in my life. Probably the fastest i have seen would have been 80, maybe...
I wouldn't know what to do seeing a 100 mph shot hip-high off stick side

And likely the Pride too. My sources say Virginia Beach and Raleigh are the two most likely destinations with a new team popping up in Dallas for next year also. I would imagine some sort of announcement coming very soon, but I thought they would say something at the MLL Championship weekend, so maybe they are still hammering out details.
Always on point . . .

If the story is true, i must say that I am very dissapointed. There are 4 MCLA club teams in the metroplex and at least 20 high school varsity teams a multitude of youth programs and girls teams galore, i think dallas is due and can put some good numbers through the gates.
