After completing it's inaugural Major League Lacrosse season with a record of 0-12, Chicago Machine team ownership announced Saturday that the club's coaching staff will have a different look in 2007. Effective immediately, General Manager and Head Coach Kevin Finneran and Assistant General Manager Jacques Bagley will step down from their respective positions.
"We appreciate the hard work and effort from both Kevin and Jacques and wish them well in their future endeavors" said Machine President John Meister.
Chicago Lacrosse Group, LLC (the parent company of the Chicago Machine) moved quickly to announce the changes in the front office and coaching staff after the conclusion of the Machine's 2006 season.
The Chicago Machine is presently searching for a new head coach. Individuals interested in the position may send their resume to John Meister, President of the Chicago Machine.
