With a win this weekend the Riptide are now in control of their own destiny for the playoffs. They are playing Denver at home for their final game. I hope anyone that can make it will come out and support the team. Game time 4:30 (afternoon shade)!

Prediction:
LA Riptide 17
Denver Outlaws 15

Being a Tillman Johnson fan, I hope they can pull it out. But Denver will be a tough team to beat, it doesn't appear that anyone in the west out side of San Fran has been able to stop them.

Not with that stadium. If only there were shade. Maybe I'll watch from the beer garden again this time. Here's to the Riptide pulling out the W for the playoffs.

LA over Denver? Possible but not likely, SF over Chiacgo more likely. Unfortunatly I see SoCal not getting to championship weekend-even they are playing well-no stars but a good team. Then again Tillman could get hot and carry another team onhis back...he did not that a couple of years back.

Tillman Johnson is very capable of taking control of a game. If Denver can get early goals in transition they could easily take control of the game. It will be the first fast break for Denver that will tell the how the game is going to go. Denver is a very potent offense, you cant stop them you can only hope to limit them.

yah what he said-I am not sure where that 'not" came in my last post-Johnson can be a one man team (if he could only score goals)

Only one day til gametime! I can't wait, the Riptide are ready to suprise the league. Whats is also great, that even with a loss :( tomorrow the Riptide wil still pull off their first season at 500. Not bad for a new franchise!

Go Riptide!

Tough loss for the Tide today. They played a lot better through the second half of the season though.
