Correct. Edited above. As the season goes on, I see cutting and pasting causes some mistakes.

Correct again. Edited above. Sorry, this game was under a thread that didn't match with the weeks dates, and I didn't check MSU's own website, which I should have.

Please keep the corrections coming.

The Utes still have to beat BYU in the RMLC tourney to have a chance at nationals...makes that game a bit more intriguing

I believe MSU also beat Illinios, so their top 25 W/L is 1/3 (not 0/3).

BC is 15-1 and beat NU twice and Claremont, so their top 25 W/L is 3/1

You guys are correct about these games. However at the time, both Illinois and Claremont were not ranked. The Top 25 W/L here is frozen at the time of the game based on the last poll. By that standard their W/L are correct.

I had a thread on this earlier to decide how to run the Top 25 and a majority said to freeze the rankings at the time of the game.

Next year I will have a thread about what changes you all want me to make. I'll make sure this topic comes up again.

Gotcha. IMO the "real time" top 25 is a better way to say it. Especially now at the end of the year you can look back on a team's SOS and see

1) how many of the current top 25 have they played, and
2) how they fared

The schedules of teams like BYU and ASU look even more impressive now that you can see that their competition held up all year long (stayed in the T25).

I agree. It makes more sense to have the current top 25 displayed. The frozen top 25 is a little unfair. For example, when UCSB beat BC, BC was unranked because it was their 3rd game of the season. Since then, BC has proven that they are a solid team, and will move up in the top 15 on wednesday's poll. Its a little ridiculous that UCSB's win over BC doesnt even count as a ranked win for them.

That said, everything else about these posts is great. Nice work zamboni driver
