I bet if it was, lets say, umm anyone not in the WCLL it would be possible.

There is no way any team from any conference drops from #6 to #12 or #13 on the basis of losing to a team in the Top 10. Sorry, it just won't happen. UCSB will drop, but I expect it to be to around #9 or #10.
