I agree. Until you get to 20, the only differences is interchanging two or three teams amongst themselves.

Just to hammer the point home, this poll was based off of 9 voters. The more people we have, especially from more geographic areas, the more this poll should start to shadow the actual poll, not to mention the more I get to play with Excel.

Exactely, we don't want two polls that are the same. IMO the webpoll gives a better glimpse at teams that are on the bubble in spots from 18-25. These teams are likely going to be bouncing in and out of the poll all year long. The webpoll gives these teams a little more exposure they might not have had otherwise. I think the 1-10 teams will be very similar on both polls, because the voters know these teams belong up there. Just my two cents.
