Using this latest poll to seed for nationals, we'd have the following first round. Number given after school is latest Laxpower PR:
#1 San Diego 79.9 (WCLL AQ) vs
#8 Texas-Arlington 62.7 (LSA AQ)
#2 Utah Valley State 76.9 (RMLC AQ) vs
#7 Montana 73.86 (PNCLL AQ)
#3 Claremont 79.0 (WCLL At-Large) vs
#6 Calvin 62.3 (CCLA AQ)
#4 St. John's 67.9 (UMLL AQ) vs
#5 Appalachian State 71.9 (SELC AQ)
Of course some of these teams are not leading their conference standings, this just surmises that the teams the B voter have ranked will win ultimately the AQs. Any upsets of these teams will radically change the field and seedings. The PCLL gets no AQ, I believe, based on too few teams competing.

Rats I forgot the GRLC AQ -- sorry Harding! Lets try again:
#1 USD vs
#8 UTA
#2 UVSC vs
#7 Harding 67.4 (GRLC AQ)
#3 St. Johns vs
#6 Montana
#4 App St vs
#5 Calvin
No At-Large for Claremont, I guess...

Harding did lose to Creighton earlier in the year. No excuses made, Creighton brought it. It will not happen again.
Sometimes teams lose games that they shouldn't. For instance Nebraska beat Creighton.

I don't think we have a Div. B at-large this year. I could be wrong and this may have been discussed in a previous poll thread, but there are 8 teams, and 8 conferences with enough teams for an AQ.
After double checking the list of teams, it still shows all conferences with enough teams except for the PCLL.

We could have had a AQ, but we didn't have the teams. I don't know how it would have been handled though. Poll ranking?

Yeah, when I said "we", I meant the MDIA as a whole. I think all the playoff spots are going to AQ's. If there were at-large spots, it would be the poll.

I am pleased to see app state is getting some love in the polls...and why is St. Johns rated only 4th overall, I thought they beat a bunch of highly rated school down in texas on there first trip?

Dulax,
Since that time those teams have dropped in the polls. The teams above us are proven teams. We appreciate the respect though.

Ok...I understood the first few times that Ft. Lewis was ranked...but now I am just confused. They are 2-7...ranked over teams that are 5-1....and their strength of schedule isnt even that strong. Yea, they beat a single Div A team...but a Div A team that was in the cellar. Can someone tell me why?
