We still have one of the best attack lines in the MDIA, with Nate Reynolds, Joe Opron, and Jayme Brams. Oakland has a tuff schedule, with some key games. They pretty much handled Virginia Tech until the last 2 min. Beat up on Minnesota, and beat Utah. I think most of you might think since Billy is gone that Oakland will not be as good, I beg to differ. We have 20 freshmen (best recruiting class), 5 were 1st team All- State, and the other 6 were 2nd or 3rd All-State. The numbers this year is most in schools history with 31 guys. This really does not mean much until the season is played. I think Oakland would be one of the team in the top 10. Here is there schedule:

CCLA League Championship April 28th - 30th (location and time T.B.A)

MDIA National Tournament May 9th - 14th (location and time T.B.A)

On the night of 4/15 we'll know exactly where Oakland stands. I applaud them for scheduling CSU, CU and Michigan in the same week. Lindenwood should provide a nice test early in the season.

It is nice for you to say that the team won't be worse without Billy, but if you could have him back I bet you would...and so would I.

What I was trying to say by handled was we lead in most aspect of the game, ground balls, clears, ball control and so on. But you are right Danny we did lose the game. DG, I think most would agree having Billy on any team would help. I am in no way trying to say that Oakland is the best, just wanted to throw there name out there. Good luck to all the teams in the upcoming season.

I wasn't at the OU vs VT game, but I would have kept my mouth shut on that one if my team lost...That post comes off looking like you're looking for respect for YOUR team that has not earned it yet. Sure, IN YOUR MIND, you think YOUR PROGRAM deserves respect. Who doesn't think they're program is TOP 10 material? That post looks very unresearched and premature. If I were in Oakland's shoes, I'd keep my mouth shut.

If that were true, Oakland would have won the game...Sometimes stats can be deceiving to how a game is played by both teams. That sounds like a typical "my team is better than yours and SHOULD HAVE WON" post.

2 Things..

1. Some things are better left unsaid or unthrown out there
2. Another gratuitous "Good Luck" from oaklandlax...It looks kinda cheesy to read every post you write and see a "good luck" ending it.

Guess I better check to see if the moon is in the correct quadrant or if the temperature of hell dropped a few notches . . . .as I find myself sitting here in agreement with Bentiss.

Out of respect to Towbey Kassa, I must post this picture of myself...Might I also add that I am quite good looking. It would be an understatement to say that Sonny is both jealous of my stunning good looks and fearful of the competition it will cause between us in the "LADIES TAKEN DOWN!" category...
