Projected Top 25 Poll Schedule for 2008

Just for my own personal knowledge, is there any mode by which pollsters get an updated schedule and rosters for each team? Only because it is incredibly frustrating looking a programs to evaluate them and not be able to see who is on their team and who they play?

I say to be eligible teams have to post their rosters and schedules.....
