Top 5 for depaul?? i don't know about that high up. Northern Michigan beat them at the Northern Illinois Tournament. Depaul was a good team, but i wouldn't put them anywhere near the top 5 until they prove themselves.

They are just one of the most complete Division 2 teams I have ever seen. They have no real "studs" but play really solid, patient, good team ball. I have Harding at 5 in my poll, but I think DePaul is better than them, therefore, Depaul becomes a Top 5 team

So would you put NMU at any ranking?

I agree, Depaul was very good at ball movement and excellent teamwork. They will definately have a great run at leading the GRLC this season, it will be fun to watch. I wish them nothing but luck.

Is Depaul eligible for D2 rankings?? Their varsity teams all compete in NCAA D-1. Just curious.
Thanks

They don't have a football team, so I'm pretty sure they are allowed to be in 2nd division, but I won't swear to that

Depaul qualifies just as creighton does. They do not have a D1 football team, therefore, they are eligible for D2.
