I looked him up on wikipedia and it had a link to the book he published that has more in depth information than the video, and cites to all his sources.

It's a long read, but after skimming it a few times, it also provides a very inciteful look into the American labor force and the cliche' that "Immigrants do the jobs Americans won't."

Just in case people were turned off by the sort of cheesy gumball analogy and goofy crowd expressions.
