Licenses For Illegal Immigrants

I'm surprised I beat Sonny to this one.
I love the logic:
"If we give them licenses, we know where they live".
Although, I personally prefer the whole "What makes you think they'll skip the whole 'live here legally' part, but actually get a license, then insurance...and then that'll keep them from being dangerous? And most importantly...why give ANYTHING to illegal immigrants". What are they teaching these NY government leaders
