What a Night, $53,000 at a strip club

ya'll see this? We talked about it in one of my law classes the other day when talking about legal contracts and what it takes to contract. In short, Kid ran up a $53,000 tab a strip club celebrating graduation, and the Dad is disputing it with the credit card company (American Express I think). From what I understand (could be wrong, haven't looked into it too deep), Bars are not supposed to serve people after 4-5 drinks or if they're visibly drunk, but the club just kept serving him, asking if he'd want another drink and bringing a bottle, but he was buying for both himself and all his friends too. Dad's claiming that the Bar kept serving him, "taking advantage" of his inebriated state
Should be interesting to see how the courts rule on it.
