Anyone read what happened in the Heart of Sooner Nation this Week? I guy walked into a local bar wearing a texas Longhorn t-Shirt, thats right a UT shirt in an OU bar! WOW, just stupid! After a words were exchanged the Longhorn Fan received 60 stiches down there after an OU fan almost castrated him. I'm going to USC at Nebraska this weekend and I have loved USC since I was a small child, but there is NO WAY i'm wearing a Trojans T shirt in the Sea of red now. OU vs Texas just may be the most heated rivalry in all of Sports!

While I agree that wearing that shirt may not have been wise, I am concerned with the sentiment that the man somehow deserved to be brutally attacked for doing so. Just because it is somehow foreseeable that wearing the shirt might cause a problem does not in any way excuse the ignorant jackass who assaulted him.
