Funniest Scenes in Movies

So in an attempt to procrastinate sleeping tonight I popped in a movie that I had not seen in a long time and decided it was time to break out Old School...

So the question that came to my mind is...

In your opinion, what is the funniest scene in movies?

My vote has to go to Will Ferrell and Sean Williams Scott with the Tranquilizer Gun. It made me Laugh so hard tonight that my side hurt. I have had the pleasure of viewing that scene a lot, but it stayed priceless.

Other nominations...
Dumb and Dumber = Harry after taking a crap in the broken Toilet
Ace Ventura Pet Detective = The HDS man at the beginning of the movie

Just a few thoughts

Office Space has a lot, but many are just [a few] lines and not full scenes. However the beatdown of the printer in a field is perhaps the best.

AMEN!!! One of my favorite movies. If you haven't seen it, it is a classic.

I would have to argue that any Mel Brooks scene must be on the list. It is almost offensive if he chooses not to try to offend your group. Plus you have to love a Jew that is still making money on Hitler.

I love spaceballs when they're watching the movie in real time.

"When will then be now??"

"Soon!!"

Super Troopers opening scene where the kids are in the car, then get arrested.

Or Team America World Police, the "sex scene" in that movie made me fall out of my seat laughing when I saw it in the theaters.

I lost it entirely during that movie in the chase scene when he does the "flailing help" signal from the jeep.

For some gross reason the 2 minutes post-bar puking scene made me seriously cry with laughter when he couldn't stop ralphing.
