Has anyone try out the iGoggle? I just learned about that this morning from my co-worker. It is really neat. You can set up your own page and your own tabs to check out whatever you want, i.e. YouTube, Lacrosse, etc.

Just go to the Google home page and find "iGoogle" on the right side to do that.

I've tried it at work, but finally went back to the basic old google page as my home page since I just like jump on for a quick search sometimes. I do use the iGoogle for my PDA though since I can set up things for quick access rather than writing a lot of stuff in with the stylus.

I use it. I have basically the weather, a calendar and a RSS feed reader with the various feeds I look at on it. It is pretty handy.

iGoogle is pretty cool. I like http://netvibes.com better. It is just like iGoogle, but has some cooler defaults for some of the RSS feeds. Its defaults are TechCrunch, TechDirt, Digg, News for the Public, etc. It will also have your email which ever it is (hotmail, gmail, yahoo, etc.) so it is one stop shopping.

Just my preference, but iGoogle is still cool.

Why do that? You can just download every single one ever made like I did. I quoted Calvin and Hobbes for my senior quote in high school. "Theres never enough time to do all the nothing you want."

Yeah, here are the instructions from the FAQ page on collegelax.us

Code: Select all
What RSS feeds are currently available on CollegeLAX?
There are three RSS (Really Simple Syndication) Feeds available on CollegeLAX:

1. CollegeLAX News
http://www.collegelax.us/phpnews/collegelax.rss

2. CollegeLAX Message Forums
http://forums.collegelax.us/rss.php

3. CollegeLAX Podcasts
http://feeds.feedburner.com/usliadotcom

Basically, you just click the option to "Add Stuff" and then you add by URL, which will then add any of these sections. I think this is what you were looking for.

Panch you are a nerd, which is completely okay and very useful for our team.

Don't forget to add the iGoogle "Joke of the Day" program. All of a sudden I'm a much funnier person. Sort of.
